Every child seen by LevelUp Kids receives the following:
- At least one preventative dental appointment or “check-up”
- A complete treatment plan for any needed restorative dental care
- All necessary appointments to complete the prescribed treatment plan
- Ongoing communication about the importance of good oral health
- Plus, a free vision screening, exam, and two pairs of glasses

$10 a month (33¢ a day) buys new a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss for 5 children.
