Every child seen by LevelUp Kids receives the following:
- A comprehensive dental exam and X-rays
- A complete treatment plan for any needed restorative care
- All necessary appointments to complete the prescribed treatment plan
- Ongoing communication about follow-up appointments and the importance of good oral health
- A vision screening and exam
- Glasses if needed, plus follow-up care for vision appointments
- All of this is provided at no charge to families by our caring staff — thanks to you!

$10 a month (33¢ a day) buys new a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss for 5 children.
$25 a month (83¢ a day) supports the training of our volunteers for a year.
$50 a month ($1.67 a day) pays for sealants on 4 molars, protecting them from decay.
$100 a month ($3.34 a day) covers the cost of eyeglasses for up to 50 kids every year.
